The Team at Coffeetreat is a energetic, focused and enthusiastic Management Team, which all have unique skills sets that combine well and complement each other in the operation of the business.

Chelsea’s combined skill set encompassing knowledge and experience from various retail businesses, has successfully taken the business from strength to strength. Chelsea has over 10+ years in Commercial Property Management, Over 18+ years in Owning and running Hospitality Businesses and has qualifications in Administration and Management.

COFFEETREAT commenced trading in January 2017 in Country Seaside Warrnambool Victoria.

It is a family-owned business providing its customers “A Hole In Wall Coffee Experience”. We specialize in the sales of Coffee, Iced Beverages, Toasties, Melts, Cakes & Pastries.

How it works: the basics

COFFEETREAT provides franchise owners with the rights to use the COFFEETREAT name, trademarks and image as well as a complete and proven system of doing business.

How will my store be promoted?

There will be a strong sense of interdependence between the franchisor and each franchisee, and ongoing support to ensure best practices are applied.

Training of franchisees and any initial staff is part of the induction to the COFFEETREAT franchise group.

In short, you will own your own business but trade under the proven success of the COFFEETREAT name and system.

Will I have exclusive rights in my area?

As a franchisee, you have an exclusive territory in which to build new customers. Your territory is bound by boundaries as mutually agreed with COFFEETREAT, which means we will not grant another store licence to operate within your territory.

Does it matter where I am located?

COFFEETREAT understands that marketing, advertising and promotion are the keys to building the customers for each franchisee location.

The brand will be promoted through social media, regional TV, local sporting and community groups, and other marketing programs/strategies. This will ensure that the business and products are promoted regularly in a targeted and effective manner.

COFFEETREAT will continue its focused social media /TV platforms advertising for all stores as part of its advertising strategy on behalf of all its franchisees.

All group and franchisee specific marketing, advertising and promotional activities will be guided by our carefully chosen advertising and marketing professionals and must be approved by the franchisor.

Merchandising of branded items will also be available from time to time.
